As you may already know, Twitter acquired Posterous last week. The way I (and many others) understand their public press release is pretty clear: we should expect Posterous to close in the near future. Many Posterous users are already moving from it to other places. So I decided to stop publishing on Posterous. I must move to something else.

As of today, you should update your bookmarks and your RSS subscriptions according to the following new addresses where I will continue to publish abour iOS designs that I really like.

I will now use Flickr to post screen shots of iOS apps that I really like.

I like the guided view that is overlaid when tapping for the first time a section. I like the way dishes are presented as cards that you scroll left and right. The light themed create account view is very clean too.

The settings screen bring a dark grey look that I always like but with colourful icons (the country flags icons). The problem though is that they are not retina format and they are badly rendered on the screen.

Zero for iPhone is a very customized app. From navigation bar to button and background, this dark themed app bring some nice touches.

The highly customized iOS apps came out a few weeks ago and made a splash. To me, this is a great example of a refreshed UI design. This makes Stamped quite unique.

The min thing I like avouot Weave is the colour theme for the UI elements. What I choose here to show is part of the welcome guide that is presented to the user using the application for the first time.
